Upon arrival at Seronera Airstrip, meet & greet Maapeti Safari professional driver-guide. After a quick introduction and briefing, the game drive begins! Depending on the time of year and the Great Migration patterns, your guide will tailor the experience to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities. You might explore the Seronera area (Central Serengeti), known for its resident populations of lions, elephants, cheetahs, and other incredible wildlife. If the migration is in the area, you'll witness herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles stretching as far as the eye can see. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the Serengeti, perhaps under the shade of an acacia tree, while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African bush.

After lunch, continue your game drive, exploring more of the Serengeti’s diverse landscapes. From the vast open plains to riverine areas and rocky outcrops (kopjes), home to leopards and other predators, the Serengeti offers a variety of habitats for a wide range of animals
